NCHA IIIb (Fall 2026-present)

Preview below the current version of the NCHA survey that will be used when you survey your students. This updated version aims to gather essential insights into various aspects of student health and wellness.

Changes were made to the NCHA IIIb survey instrument beginning Fall 2026:

N3Q65B through N3Q65R, N3Q65W, and N3Q65X were removed from the survey.

N3Q72 (now RN3Q72) was revised to better capture students' year in school and current academic program. A follow-up question, N3Q72TEXT, was added and is displayed only to students who select "Other" in RN3Q72.

PCOS was updated to PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome).
