The Spring 2026 ACHA-NCHA III Reference Group consists of 57,211 students at 86 institutions that surveyed during Spring 2026. Of the participating schools, 70% were public institutions. Most schools (95%) surveying were 4-year institutions. The largest proportion (42%) of these institutions were located in the West. Additionally, the largest proportion (34%) had student enrollments of 20,000 or more.

Fall 2025 Survey Reports
The Fall 2025 ACHA-NCHA III Reference Group consists of 20,623 students at 42 institutions that surveyed during Fall 2025. Of the participating schools, 71% were public institutions. Most schools (88%) surveying were 4-year institutions. The largest proportion (36%) of these institutions were located in the West. Additionally, the largest proportion (26%) had student enrollments of 10,000–19,999 or 20,000 or more.
