Arielle Wilcox, MPH, is a compliance education coordinator for Washington State University’s Health Education Department, where she oversees the implementation of state and federal health-related mandatory programs for all incoming students across the WSU system. With nearly four years of experience in collegiate health education, Arielle has cultivated a passion for engaging students in meaningful conversations about sexual health, interpersonal violence prevention, and overall well-being. Throughout her career, Arielle has consistently challenged existing processes and outreach models to develop innovative, student-centered programming. Her work has streamlined compliance education for matriculating students, expanded training for peer mentors responding to disclosures of interpersonal violence, and introduced creative, stigma-reducing approaches to STI prevention. Outside of her professional role, Arielle enjoys relaxing at home with her cat, Tsuki, watching true crime and ghost hunting videos, and attempting to finish jigsaw puzzles before Tsuki claims the pieces.
