Cecil Price (he/him) earned his BS and MD degrees from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. He completed his residency in Family Medicine in Roanoke, Virginia and was board certified in Family Medicine. He worked in college health for 34 years, first at Duke University and subsequently at Wake Forest University. He retired as the Executive Director of the Wake Forest Student Health Service in 2022.
He has been active in both ACHA and SCHA during his time in college health. He served as the Sunbelt Administrators Meeting Coordinator for the Board of the Southern College Health Association for 12 years. He has been a member of the Board of the American College Health Foundation for the past 2 years. He has enjoyed traveling on several medical and student led service trips in several countries around the world. He lives with his wife Resa on High Rock Lake in central North Carolina. He continues to enjoy traveling, visiting with friends and family, and playing with his grandson as much as possible.
