Andreea Baker, MSN, RN, FACHA | President
Andreea serves as the Director of Health and Wellness at Doane University, bringing an extensive clinical and administrative background in comprehensive student care and nursing leadership to the community.
Oliver Tacto, DSW, MPH, CHES | President-Elect
Dr. Tacto leverages his deep experience in health education and public health from Maryville University of Saint Louis to advance systemic campus wellness and student equity.
Tondra L. Moore, PhD, JD, MPH | Treasurer
Dr. Moore brings over 25 years of experience as a health services researcher and the Executive Director of Health Services at Prairie View A&M University, where she oversees comprehensive wellness operations across three campus locations and teaches within the public health program.
Michelle Laabs, MSN, FNP-C, FACHA | Vice President
Michelle utilizes her specialized clinical experience as a board-certified nurse practitioner and the Associate Dean of Student Wellness at Concordia University Irvine to oversee collaborative campus health and wellness resources.
Joel Schwartzkopf, DPAS, MBA, FACHE | Immediate Past President
Dr. Schwartzkopf infuses his extensive clinical and administrative acumen as the Executive Director of Student Health Services at the University of Washington-Seattle to build healthier, highly integrated campus ecosystems.
Raphael D. Florestal-Kevelier, PhD, MPH, FACHA | Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Florestal-Kevelier has more than 15 years of higher education experience as a scholar-practitioner dedicated to advancing health equity and supportive campus environments.

- Erica Bumpurs, MS: Erica utilizes a broad student affairs portfolio from Sam Houston State University that spans campus health, recreation, and counseling to support multi-dimensional student well-being.
- Patrick Haines, MBA, ACMPE, CHC: Patrick contributes a sophisticated understanding of complex healthcare systems and medical practice management from his administrative leadership role at the University of California, Irvine.
- Charlotte Petonic Robbins, MEd, MS, CHES: Charlotte channels her deep understanding of health promotion from The University of Alabama to design preventative care models and strategic wellness education initiatives.
- B.K. Taylor, EdD: Dr. Taylor draws upon an academic and professional specialization in student well-being and persistence from West Chester University to implement data-informed campus retention strategies.

- LaNika Wright, PhD, MSN, FACHA (Region I Representative): Dr. Wright leans on her clinical roots as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and her administrative oversight as Associate Vice Chancellor at East Carolina University to expand student care access.
- Jamie Shutter, MSEd, FACHA (Region II Representative): Jamie leverages decades of comprehensive student affairs and health administration experience at the University of Missouri to optimize systemic support for campus health centers.
- Emily Lenz, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC (Region III Representative): Emily brings highly valued institutional expertise in immunization compliance, clinical operations, and family nursing practice from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
- Michele Richardson, MDiv, ThM, MBA, CSAEd, SHRM-CP (Region IV Representative): Michele delivers more than 15 years of higher education expertise. Currently serving at Bowie State University, Michele specializes in student affairs administration, holistic student development, and strategic institutional collaborations.
- Marisa Bisiani, DNP, ANP-BC (Region V Representative): Dr. Bisiani utilizes her robust background as a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Associate Vice President at Stony Brook University to elevate large-scale preventative healthcare and health management.
- Kelly Hower, RN, MSN (Region VI Representative): Kelly applies her frontline nursing leadership and clinical coordination experience from Oregon State University to embed an enduring culture of health across the student population.
