Call for Programs
YOU make our conference great! We are now accepting program proposals for the 2027 SWCHA Conference. We encourage submissions from all professionals within the college health and wellness discipline. This is a valuable opportunity to share your expertise and contribution to our community in the areas of innovative practices, collaborative programming, new horizons in student health, and the like.
Submit Your Proposal
The deadline to submit a proposal is September 21.
To submit your program proposal:
- Complete the Program Submission Worksheet in it's entirety
- Ensure all co-presenters complete the Co-Presenter Bio/Disclosure form
- Attach Program Submission Worksheet, all Co-Presenter Bio/Disclosure forms (if applicable), and a resume or CV for each presenter to a single email and send to SWCHA.ACHA@gmail.com using the subject "SWCHA Program Submission: [Full title of your program]".
- Please be sure to include the following information in the body of the email:
- Primary presenter’s first and last name
- Primary presenter’s email address
- Full title of program
- First and last name of co-presenter(s), if applicable
Note: Please submit one program submission per email.
