Our conference will convene at the beautiful Embassy Suites by Hilton The Woodlands at Hughes Landing.
The room rate is $128 per night plus taxes and fees. To receive this special rate, be sure to book your room by December 5, 2025.

If your travel plans include flying to the Houston area, we recommended you use the George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) as it is about 22 miles from the conference hotel.
Should you need to fly Southwest Airlines, you will be flying into the William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) which is about 42 miles from the conference hotel.
