How to Sign Up

 

Reservations for sponsorships will start being accepted on December 10, 2025, at 2:00 pm ET.

  1. Complete the Sponsorship Order Form below.
  2. If paying by credit card or requesting an invoice, complete the Payment Authorization Form below.
  3. Submit form(s) by email to exhibits@acha.org on or after the launch time above.

Since some opportunities are first-come, first-served, ACHA cannot accept order forms prior to the precise launch time.

Acceptance of sponsors is at the sole discretion of ACHA.

 

Deadlines

Reservations will be accepted until April 1, 2025, pending availability.
