This webinar addresses how Columbia University utilized their Infectious Disease Response Plan when faced with the first U.S. outbreak of Meningitis B in a graduate student population. We will describe our internal disease surveillance approach, coordination with key stakeholders on the university campus, communications and notifications, as well as collaborations with local and national health authorities. We will discuss lessons learned to help other campuses review their infectious disease preparedness plans.
