Healthy People: The Surgeon General’s Report on Health Promotion and Disease Prevention released

1985
National Health Objectives Task Force (NHOTF) by the American College Health Association (ACHA) began developing Healthy Campus 2000

1986
Achieving the Health Objectives for the Nation in Higher Education published in the Journal of American College Health

1991
Healthy Campus 2000 released

2000
ACHA’s National College Health Assessment released, which allows for objective setting as part of Healthy Campus 2010

2001
Healthy Campus 2010 released

2018
Healthy Campus needs assessment and re-envisioning begins
