To submit your proposal:

STEP 1: Please first download and complete your Program Submission Worksheet (save as to your chosen file name and location).

STEP 2: Once it is ready, return to this page and cut and paste the information into this online form:

You will also be asked to submit a copy of your curriculum vitae/resume at the end of this form.

Please note: You do not need to upload the Program Submission Worksheet. We do recommend that you retain a copy.

STEP 3: Immediately after submitting your program, please forward the link below to all co-presenters along with the full title of your program:

All co-presenters are required to complete the co-presenter form and upload a copy of their curriculum vitae/resume.

The deadline to submit a proposal is Friday, April 3, 2026.
