An ACHF partnership with Pfizer, Inc.
Disease prevention is a priority in our nation and is a key focus of CDC’s targeted demographic (young adults 16 through 23 years old) for encouraging vaccines in our nation; however, meaningful data on campus vaccine coverage among students are incomplete and there is a need for enhanced reporting on vaccine administration rates, completion rates, and surveillance.
ACHF and Pfizer, Inc., have partnered to develop a knowledge base for the current state of vaccine coverage and aid in the development of thoughtful, rigorous, and feasible vaccination policies to help protect U.S. college students from vaccine-preventable diseases.
Project Outputs
These reports help practitioners and policymakers understand how pre-matriculation vaccine requirements influence actual coverage rates and ways to improve vaccine readiness on campus.
