Kristal Ransome, MBA

Kristal Ransome joined East Carolina University’s health center staff in September 2021 with over twenty years of professional experience in the health care industry. In addition to earning her MBA from ECU, she also holds two medical coding certifications from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). Over the course of her professional and educational experiences, she has developed a love for research, strategic planning, and data analytics. She attributes her work ethic to her grandfather, who taught her the saying, “If a task is once begun, never leave it till it’s done. Be thy labor great or small, do it well or not at all.”
