Andreea Baker, BSN, MSN  |  Doane University

 

Andreea Baker has dedicated nearly 13 years to advancing college health and wellness, demonstrating unwavering commitment to student well-being and professional excellence. Currently serving as director of health and wellness at Doane University for the past three years, she previously spent a decade at Concordia University, building a strong foundation in comprehensive campus health
services.

Andreea has been deeply involved in leadership across the American College Health Association. She has served in various roles including president-elect, vice president, and Region II representative, consistently advocating for innovation and best practices in college health. Her contributions extend to co-chairing the Comprehensive College Health Framework Task Force,
chairing the Nurse Administrators Section, and serving as program planner for the section, shaping critical conversations and resources for the field.

Beyond ACHA, Andreea has been instrumental in strengthening the Central College Health Association (CCHA) affiliate, progressing through the leadership pipeline as vice president, president, immediate past president, and currently serving as member-at-large for the state of Nebraska. Her sustained engagement across local, regional, and national levels exemplifies her dedication to collaborative leadership and her commitment to elevating the college health profession for the benefit of students nationwide.
