The AY 2025-2026 Institutional Profile Survey (IPS) will be released September 10, 2026. It’s an important part of getting access to the ACHA Data Hub, so make sure your institution is prepared!
What You Can Do Now to Prepare
To ensure your team receives survey and renewal reminders, update your institutional roster so communications go to the appropriate staff members
Note: only RMIs have permission to view and update rosters. Contact membership@acha.org for assistance.
What to Do Between September 10 and December 31
To get access to the ACHA Data Hub in 2027, your institution must complete these two important steps:
Step 1: Complete the AY 2025-2026 Institutional Profile Survey
Available September 10, 2026
This survey provides the foundation for meaningful benchmarking and national comparisons across college health programs. Invitations to complete the survey will be sent to either the representative member for the institution (RMI) or to the designated contact for survey invitations.
Not sure who receives survey invitations for your campus? Check your institutional roster (access available to RMIs only).
Step 2: Renew Your ACHA Institutional Membership
Renewal window: October 1 – December 31, 2026
Only active institutional members who complete the IPS have access to the ACHA Data Hub. Email reminders will be sent to the representative member for the institution (RMI).
Why It Matters

The Data Hub provides users with aggregate data, updated annually, from the National Center for Education Statistics’ Integrated Postsecondary Education System (IPEDS), ACHA’s Institutional Profile Survey (IPS), and the ACHA National College Health Assessment (NCHA).
Data Hub users benefit from features like:
