The American College Health Foundation (ACHF), with funding from Pfizer, Inc., is pleased to announce the recipients of vaccine coverage grants through the Increasing Campus Vaccine Coverage (ICVC) Grant Program for the 2025–26 academic year.
These grants, ranging from $15,000 to $20,000, will help campuses increase student vaccination rates for meningococcal disease (ACWY and B) and at least one additional vaccine-preventable illness.
The 2025–26 ICVC Grant Awardees are:
- California State University, Sacramento
- Gallaudet University
- George Mason University
- Howard University
- New Jersey Institute of Technology
- University of Memphis
- University of Wisconsin-Madison
- Wichita State University
The 2025–26 awardees represent a diverse group of institutions—large and small, public and private, from across the country. Each is committed to tackling historically low immunization rates and reducing barriers faced by underserved students. These campuses are also piloting especially creative strategies, such as gamified learning tools to boost vaccine literacy, ASL-based educational videos for Deaf and hard-of-hearing students, peer storytelling campaigns that elevate trusted voices and lived experiences, and expanded partnerships with local health departments and state registries to strengthen data systems and long-term sustainability.
ACHF congratulates all of the 2025–26 ICVC grantees. Together, these programs will not only protect students from vaccine-preventable diseases but also build replicable models to strengthen campus health nationwide.
