UPDATE (March 27): Survey for individuals interested in participating in the integration white paper renewal
The leaders of the Integrated Health Coalition will be reviewing the survey results to make decisions on who will take point on certain parts of the white paper and ensure a diverse group of writers across disciplines, geographies, and expertise areas in relation to integrated college health. Please complete the survey by end of day Monday 4/6. If you need more time, please reach out to let us know.
Thank you for your interest in supporting the white paper renewal! If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
The co-chairs of the Integrated Health Coalition are seeking interested ACHA members to participate in a short-term writing group to support updates to the 2010 white paper, Considerations for Integration of Counseling and Health Services on College and University Campuses.
Over the past few years, substantial content has already been developed through committee work, webinars, and professional dialogue across the Association.
This effort is not a new task force and will not involve developing content from scratch. Instead, the writing group will focus on reviewing, refining, and updating existing material to reflect current practice, language, and the evolving landscape of integrated college health and counseling services.
We are looking for members who:
- Have experience or expertise in integrated models of care, collaboration between health, counseling, and/or wellness services, or related leadership, operational, or clinical roles
- Have bandwidth for a focused, time-limited writing and editing effort
- Are interested in partnering with the committee’s co-chairs to move this work forward in a practical and efficient way
This is an opportunity to contribute to a foundational ACHA resource and help ensure it reflects contemporary realities across diverse institutional contexts.
Members interested in participating, or who would like to learn more about the scope and expected time commitment, are encouraged to reach out to the Integrated Health Coalition co-chairs and view this recorded information session.
