This session is part six of the “Mapping the DNA of Integrated College Health Services” webinar series. Normative integration—the alignment of organizational values, norms, and culture—is foundational to organizational integration. Formal structures, including policies and protocols, establish expectations for collaboration, while informal norms shape team relationships. Leadership actions and frontline behaviors reinforce shared culture and cross disciplinary collaboration. Higher normative integration is associated with greater clinical integration, improved perceived care quality, reduced burnout, and increased job satisfaction. This presentation explores strategies to strengthen normative integration in integrated care teams.
