How are institutional dues calculated?
Use the chart below to identify your total health and well-being budgets as defined by spending related to health services, counseling services, and/or health promotion services (includes any departmental expenditures, salaries, benefits, contracted services, staffing, equipment, supplies, overhead, etc.) and find the corresponding range below.
The institutional dues will continue to be based on total health center budget but will remove the percentage calculation to be replaced with ranges. All individuals whose schools are nonmembers will still pay dues.
How to Update Your Institutional Health and Well-Being Budget in Your Profile
To update your budget, please follow the instructions below, or use this visual guide:
- Go to http://portal.acha.org/MyAccount and log in. If you do not know your log in, please use the "forgot username" and/or "forgot password" links on the login page.
- Once you are logged in, on the left-hand side of the screen you will see your name, title, and institution. Click on your institution's name.
- Once you are in the institution's record, click on the “Institutional Dues Information” tab.
- In the field marked “Health Services Budget,” enter the total budget range for the current year by selecting from the drop-down menu.
- Click the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
