Join us in the beautiful Southlake/North DFW area as we gather for another exciting Southwest College Health Association Partners Conference. This conference promises to provide an engaging in-person experienced filled with networking, learning, and fun. Registration is now open!

Cost: $150

This year’s conference is limited to 100 attendees. Get registered early!

The registration fee includes:

A welcome reception at the hotel on Wednesday night, January 10^th
Conference sessions on January 11^th-12^th
Social event at Chicken N Pickle on Thursday evening, January 11^th
Breakfast and lunch on both conference days

Conference Location and Accommodation

Our conference will convene at the beautiful Cambria Hotel Southlake DFW North. The room rate is $149 per night plus taxes and fees. This rate is offered January 10^th though January 12^th.

A link to the conference hotel block is currently unavailable. To reserve your room at the conference hotel, please call Cambria Hotel at 817-329-1010 and request the SWCHA conference room block January 2024.

If your travel plans include flying to the Dallas area, we recommended you use the DFW Airport as it is 10 miles from the conference hotel.

Social Events

All conference attendees are encouraged to join in the fun social events we have planned as part of your conference registration.

Pre-Conference Social

Date: Wednesday, January 10
Location: Cambria Hotel Lobby

On Wednesday night, make your way down to the Cambria Hotel Lobby for a pre-conference social. Here you will have a chance to meet and mingle with the SWCHA Executive Board and other conference attendees. This social is being graciously sponsored by Gallagher.

Chicken N Pickle

Date: Thursday, January 11
Location: Chicken N Pickle (transportation provided)

On Thursday evening, join us for a fun outing to Chicken N Pickle! Bring comfortable clothes and study up on those Pickleball rules! Don't worry, if you do not want to play a competitive game, there are many other things to do here, along with great food and beverages! This social event is hosted and sponsored by Risk Strategies. Transportation to and from Chicken N Pickle will be provided for this event.
