OCHA Lois Wells Annual Award
Now accepting nominations! Deadline to apply is January 31, 2024.
This year, the OCHA Board will grant one $2,000 award.
This money is awarded to a college or university submitting an educational, promotional, or research based proposal that meets a campus need in an innovative fashion. OCHA Board members review the proposals and the award is presented at the OCHA annual meeting.
Please complete the application following the written instructions and submit it to Brandy Reeves-Doyle no later than January 31, 2024, at the address listed below. This award will be used during the 2024-2025 academic year.
All applicants must be a member of the American College Health Association for eligibility in the award process; this status must be indicated on the application.
ACHA's membership model allows all individuals who are part of a member school to join ACHA and OCHA for free. See "Is My School a Member?" to see if you are eligible a free individual membership.
Colleges and universities that receive the award must report back to the board or at the annual OCHA conference of the outcome(s) in the form of a brief oral presentation, poster presentation or letter to be read by a Board Member if they are unable to attend.
