ACHA National Faculty and Staff Health Assessment
The Coalition has developed the ACHA National Faculty and Staff Health Assessment. This survey tool, designed specifically for faculty, staff, and graduate student employees working on college and university campuses, can assist schools in determining which employee wellness programs and services are needed.

ACHA Faculty and Staff Health and Wellness Survey
The ACHA Faculty and Staff Health and Wellness Coalition conducted this survey to collect data about faculty and staff health promotion and wellness programs on ACHA member campuses. The data collected provides valuable information about these programs and assists the coalition in assessing the scope and extent of educational efforts to address the health and wellness of faculty and staff on campus.

SHUTi is an interactive, web-based training program designed to
improve the sleep of adults with insomnia. It was developed at the
University of Virginia with funding from the National Institutes of
Health. SHUTi provides a tailored educational program to individuals who
are experiencing sleep difficulties, including those having difficulty
falling asleep, waking in the middle of the night, or waking early in
the morning. The purpose of this study is to find out if an Internet
intervention is an effective way to treat insomnia.

Conferences to attend to develop competency in Faculty and Staff Health and Wellness:
Coalitions provide a multi-disciplinary, topic-oriented
organizational mechanism with broad geographic representation for
continuing education; advocacy; knowledge; standards; and professional
development. They enhance channels of communication among members with
different professional backgrounds to address common issues in college
health and expand membership participation opportunities in the
association. Coalitions serve as an information and consultative
resource for ACHA members and other communities of interest, and help
create informational and educational resources, guidelines, and/or best
practices. They are available to advise the Board of Directors on
relevant policy issues and plan, solicit, or facilitate programming at
ACHA and affiliate annual meetings.
