Reservations are closed. We cannot accept any new exhibit booth reservations for the Boston meeting.

Existing exhibitors can access the Exhibitor Service Center to manage their reservation.

Exhibitor Benefits

*ACHA is required by continuing education accrediting bodies to allow attendees to opt-out of having their contact information provided to “ineligible” companies. An ACCME-defined "ineligible company" is a company who produces, markets, re-sells, or distributes health care goods or services consumed by, or used on, patients. This includes companies with products/services related to pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, diagnostic/testing equipment and supplies, contraceptive devices, etc.  If your company falls under this definition, the attendee lists you receive will not include those attendees who opt-out.

Venue

The ACHA Exhibit Hall and most educational sessions and events will be held at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. The online hotel room reservation site will open in January 2023. Visit the Travel page for more information. Companies that reserve booth space will receive a link to the hotel reservation site from the Exhibits Manager. Exhibitors are responsible for making their own lodging reservations.

IMPORTANT: ACHA has no official rooms broker and there is only one way to book rooms at the guaranteed group room rate which is through the link that you will receive from the ACHA Exhibits Manager in January 2023 or after reserving your booth. ACHA cannot guarantee reservations made through any other means. Individuals transacting with any third party companies do so at their own risk, independent of any guarantee by ACHA. If you are contacted by any company claiming to represent ACHA or its annual meeting regarding lodging or travel, please contact lpitrone@acha.org—with as much detail as you can obtain (name of company that contacted you, individual’s name, a phone number, or email address, etc.).

Booth Package

Booths include:

• 8' deep x 10' wide space with draped back and side walls
• booth identification sign
• fully-carpeted exhibit hall
• TWO complimentary registrations per 8x10 booth purchased, plus
  • 2023 meeting Sponsors receive 3 additional complimentary registrations
  • 2023 Sustaining Members receive additional complimentary registrations per the table below

Booths DO NOT include:

• table, chairs or other furnishings
• electrical power, dedicated internet access, or other utilities

These and other items will be available for separate purchase via the Booth Space Application and/or Exhibitor Services Manual.

Booth Rates

** ALL exhibitor staff must be registered. Once allotment of complimentary registrations has been used, each additional exhibitor will pay a $375 registration fee. There is no admittance to the exhibit hall without a registration/badge, including during setup and dismantling. All exhibitor registrations are full meeting registrations, allowing participation in all non-ticketed events and sessions. There are no 'exhibit hall only' or 'guest' passes available. Attendees registered as exhibitors are not eligible to earn continuing education credit.

Furniture Package

Booths do not come with furniture. An optional furniture package (6 ft. table, two chairs, wastebasket) will be available for purchase for $240 on your booth space reservation form. This package is only available at this price if purchased through ACHA when reserving your booth. Other a la carte furnishings and packages will be available for purchase from the show decorator via the Exhibitor Services Manual, coming Spring 2023.
