We would really appreciate your feedback on different aspects of this year's annual meeting and the session you attended! Your comments help the Program Planning Committee prepare and plan sessions and events for next year’s meeting in Atlanta. Even if not requesting CE credit, we would greatly appreciate all attendees take these surveys. For details on continuing education and disclosure information, visit the CE Instructions and Disclosures page.

To obtain CE credit, complete the session evaluation surveys for each session attended. Deadline to complete all survey is July 17, 2023.

Note: Deadline for pharmacists (ACPE) is June 19, 2023.
