Registration is now closed. Attendees will have access to the event portal until June 1, 2022.

Register using one of the options below:

  1. Register online with a credit card. This includes multiple registrations.
  2. Register using the appropriate paper form(s) below and submit your payment by Electronic Fund Transfer or ACH
  3. Mail a paper check to ACHA with the appropriate form(s) below
  • Meeting Registration Form [pdf] (for check and EFT payments only)
  • Multiple Registrant Form [pdf] — If one payment will cover more than one registrant, submit this form with all registrations attached. All registrations must be sent together in order for ACHA Member Institutions to qualify for the volume discount. (for check and EFT payments only)

If you need to verify your membership category to determine your registration rate please log into your ACHA account before registering:

  1. Go to
  2. If you do not know your log in credentials, use “forgot my username” then “forgot my password”
  3. Once logged in go to the “About me” tab to find your “Billing Category”
  4. If your billing category is blank and your member type is Mbr Representative then you are a “Member at a Member Institution”

Register for Meetings and Networking only (no charge)

Meeting and Networking registration includes access to:

  • Meetings and networking sessions (June 1, 2 and 3)
  • Group mentoring sessions (June 16)
  • Virtual Exhibit Showcase (limited access)
  • ACHA 2021 Assembly of Representatives (June 9)
  • ACHA Awards and Fellows Celebration (June 9)

Register for the Full Annual Meeting (fees below)

Full Annual Meeting registration includes access to:

  • Meetings and networking sessions (June 1, 2 and 3)
  • All live educational sessions, including the keynote address and other featured speakers (June 8 and 9)
  • An additional 40+ hours of educational sessions on-demand
  • CE credit (when available) for all live and on-demand educational sessions
  • Virtual Exhibit Showcase, including participation in the ACHA raffle
  • Virtual Poster Displays (June 8 and 9)
  • Both individual and group mentoring sessions (June 15 and 16)

Students are not eligible for continuing education credits. The student rate is open to bona fide students at an institution of higher education who are enrolled in a degree granting curriculum of course work, and otherwise not gainfully employed or compensated to any substantial degree that would reasonably negate the expectation of discounted fees. To be considered a full-time student, you must be enrolled in a Graduate program taking a minimum of 9 semester hours or an Undergraduate program taking a minimum of 12 semester hours. The following proof of student status is required at the time of registration: a) an unofficial transcript or b) enrollment verification of status.


Volume Discount for ACHA Institutional Members: 15% discount on groups of 4 or more full conference registrations for employees or students from an ACHA member institution. Registrations must be processed together within one transaction.

Professional Courtesy Scholarship: For campus faculty and staff whose institutions are experiencing a hardship and not able to pay the full registration fee. Please contact to request the scholarship. Cannot be combined with the Institutional Member Volume Discount

Confirmation/Cancellation Policy

Once you submit your registration with payment, you will receive an email confirmation. If you have NOT received an email confirmation, please call (864) 208-2659 to verify that your registration has been received.
All cancellation requests must be received in writing before May 24, 2021 to qualify for a full refund, minus a $40.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after May 24, 2021. Refund checks will be mailed on or about June 28, 2021. Submit cancellations via email to
