  • The Early Bird deadline is April 8, 2019.
  • Visa, MasterCard, or American Express are required to register online.
  • If you are applying for a volume discount, you may do so using the online registration system. Instructions for obtaining the volume discount are on the registration site.
  • The deadline for submitting payment via fax or mail is May 15, 2019. You may register via the online registration system after May 15, 2019.

IMPORTANT

Upon completion of the registration process, you will be given a link to make your hotel reservation. (If you are an exhibitor, instructions on making hotel reservations and registering your staff will be sent to you.)

If you are unable to register using a credit card or are otherwise unable to use the online registration system, you may register by mail or fax (deadline May 15, 2019). From the links below, print and complete the Meeting Registration Form and the Multiple Registrant Form (if applicable) and send, with full payment, to:

You may also register onsite. From the links above, print and complete the Meeting Registration Form and the Multiple Registrant Form (if applicable) and bring them, with full payment, to the meeting and register at the On-Site Registration Booth.


Registration Fees

If you are attending more than one day, you must register at the full meeting rate. If you are only attending one day, register at the daily rate.

Tuesday Workshop(s) Only: This category is available to those who only want to participate in the pre-conference workshops on Tuesday, May 28, 2019. It does NOT include admission to the actual meeting held from Wednesday through Saturday. The fee per workshop is $150. (For those registering for the Wednesday through Saturday meeting, the fee per workshop is $65.) Workshop details to come.

The full meeting fee includes:

  • admission to all educational sessions and nonticketed functions
  • admission to the Exhibit Hall
  • three complimentary breakfasts
  • three complimentary refreshment breaks
  • continuing education credits for approved sessions

The daily fee includes:

  • admission to educational sessions and nonticketed functions — including available complimentary breakfasts and refreshment breaks — on the registered day
  • continuing education credits for approved sessions taking place on the day you are registered

Consider joining as an individual member before registering for the Annual Meeting. Current individual ACHA members at a member school save over $230 on registration rates versus registering as a non-member.

If you need to verify your membership category to determine your registration rate please log into your ACHA account before registering:

  1. Go to http://www.acha.org/MyAccount
  2. If you do not know your log in credentials, use “forgot my username” then “forgot my password”
  3. Once logged in go to the “About me” tab to find your “Billing Category”
  4. If your billing category is blank and your member type is Mbr Representative then you are a “Member at a Member Institution”

Students are not eligible for continuing education credits. The student rate is open to bona fide students at an institution of higher education who are enrolled in a degree granting curriculum of course work, and otherwise not gainfully employed or compensated to any substantial degree that would reasonably negate the expectation of discounted fees. The following proof of student status is required at the time of registration: a) an unofficial transcript or b) enrollment verification of status.

Spouse/domestic partner/child registrants are not eligible for continuing education credits. The spouse/domestic partner/child fee is limited to guest attendees and does not include a certificate of attendance. In order to qualify for this rate, the attendee must be at least 13 years of age and accompanying a regular, student, or emeritus conference registrant in a non-professional, non-college health related, and non-business related role. You may not register as a spouse/domestic partner/child via the online registration site or the paper form. To register, contact membership@acha.org.

NEW FOR 2019! Volume Discount

Volume Discount for ACHA Institutional Members: 15% discount on groups of 4 or more full conference registrations for employees or students from an ACHA member institution. The discount does not apply to pre-conference workshop fees. Registrations must be processed together within one transaction.

Confirmation/Cancellation Policy

Once you submit your registration with payment, you will receive an email confirmation. If you have NOT received email confirmation, please call (800) 310-7554 to verify that your registration has been received.

All cancellation requests must be received in writing before April 30, 2019, to qualify for a full refund, minus a $40.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received after April 30 but before May 15, 2019, will qualify for a 50 percent refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 15, 2019. Cancellation policies apply to all ticketed functions and vouchers. Refund checks will be mailed on or about June 29, 2019. Submit cancellations via fax to (301) 694-5124 or email to acha@experient-inc.com.

ACHF Student Travel Award

The American College Health Foundation will offer funding to partially offset hotel and travel expenses for one or more students to attend the ACHA Annual Meeting. The deadline for applications is February 1, 2019.
