The 2018 College Health and Wellness Leadership and Innovations Summit was a high-impact gathering of student health and wellness professionals, higher education officials, and policy leaders, all convened to discuss student well-being. This summit will touch on topics such as what student well-being is, how to measure it, and what innovative approaches campuses are taking to promote a more holistic approach for their students. In addition, panelists at this summit discussed the challenges campuses face in meeting the basic needs of an evolving student body, particularly regarding hunger and homelessness, and discuss funding mechanisms, primarily via student health insurance plans.
