Please note: ACHA Regular Individual and Student members may be appointed by the ACHA President to Board Advisory Committees and Ad Hoc Committees (usually Task Forces) unless otherwise specified in the ACHA Bylaws. Associate members may not be appointed to these committees.

PrEP in College Health Task Force Charge:

Craft an association guidelines document on HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) services in college health that will guide our member institutions.

Key elements of the document include:

  • Importance of PrEP to college students and college health.
  • Basics of research regarding the effectiveness of PrEP in target populations.
  • Guidelines for delivery of PrEP services across a spectrum of college health settings, including institutions and college health services of varying resources.
