How often do you need the answer to questions such as "How many visits should a college health physician see every year?", "How many visits per student does an average college health center see?" or "What is the average length of a counseling session?". We need your to help create this information.
Please accept this invitation to participate in the 2008-2009 ACHA Benchmarking Survey on Utilization and Productivity at College Health Centers. Last completed in 2006, this year's survey has expanded questions about billing and mental health services. The survey was developed and will be analyzed by the volunteer members of the ACHA Benchmarking Committee. We need participants from large and small schools across the country to get good data to help inform all of our work. The survey link will be active through March 31, 2010. Data from the survey will be presented at the ACHA 2010 Annual Meeting in Philadelphia. Participants in the survey will be e-mailed a copy of the presentation.
