Nearly 1,800 college health professionals attend our annual meetings to learn, network, and find products and services for campus health care needs, promotional efforts, and administrative services — products and services that you provide.
Our attendees know that a visit to our Exhibit Hall is their best chance to get a hands-on look at items and services their health centers may need and to receive assistance with their future purchasing decisions.
With convenient exhibit hours and increased traffic due to meals and a reception held right in the hall, this year's Exhibit Hall is your greatest opportunity to reach college health decision-makers!
To Reserve Booth Space
Complete the Exhibitor Contract (page 13-14 of above brochure) and submit, with payment, to ACHA. Booths are assigned in the order in which signed contracts are received by ACHA. If paying by check, you may fax or email your contract indicating that payment is in the mail.
If you have questions and are unsure which booths to indicate as your preferences, please indicate this on your contract and you will be contacted in the order in which contracts are received.
Exhibition Venue
The ACHA Exhibit Hall will be located in the River Exhibition Hall, on level one of the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers. All meeting sessions and events will be also be held at this hotel.
