Handwashing on College Campuses

The New England College Health Association (NECHA) acknowledges and supports the findings of the United States Center for Disease Control (CDC) that identifies handwashing as the single most effective method to prevent the transmission of disease. The simple and inexpensive measure of handwashing continues to serve as a bulwark against disease. The New England College Health Association encourages all colleges and universities to be diligent in their efforts to improve handwashing practices on every campus.
