Dawn Harland, MD

As associate director for clinical affairs at Dartmouth, Dawn has shown tremendous growth in her abilities to administrate and lead the clinical initiatives of the health service. She is actively engaged in the care of both inpatient and outpatient students and ably supervises the managers of several departments. In addition, Dawn has initiated weekly mini-grand rounds for clinicians, increased collaboration among clinical staff, and served as a mentor to mid-level providers and residents and as a teacher to the nursing staff.
