Registration
The early bird registration deadline is February 28, 2010. Register online by visiting https://ecomm2.umkc.edu/nursing/ccha/ or download the meeting brochure above for a form and instructions on registering by mail.

Location, Lodging, Parking
All sessions will take place at the University of Missouri - Kansas City in the University Center, 5000 Holmes, Kansas City, MO 64110 (http://web2.umkc.edu/ucenter). Participants must have a UMKC parking pass to park in the nearby parking lots or parking garage. Metered and unmetered street-side parking is available on a very limited basis. Parking permits will be provided to the Annual Meeting attendees and will be available for pick-up at the registration table.
Please bring a sweater or light jacket, since the temperature varies in the University Center.
A block of rooms is available at the Marriott Country Club Plaza (http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/mcipl-kansas-city-marriott-country-club-plaza/). Guest rooms are $99.00/night plus 15.225% tax plus city fee of $1.50/night. Attendees will need to ask for the CENTRAL COLLEGE HEALTH ASSOCIATION rate in order to receive the special rate. This rate will be available until the room block sells out or March 8, 2010. Call 1-800-810-3708 to reserve your room. Hotel parking is $12 per night and valet parking is $17 per night. The hotel also operates a 15 passenger van from 8am – 11pm on a by request, first come, first serve basis.
