Public Service Announcements on H1N1 Prevention Now Available for Campus TV Stations

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) joined with the Ad Council to launch a nationwide Public Service Announcements (PSA) campaign called Together We Can All Fight the Flu that encourages Americans to get vaccinated against the 2009 H1N1 flu virus.

Several public service announcements (PSAs) on H1N1 prevention and vaccination are available at www.flu.gov/psa/#fightvideo.

Please share these PSAs with your college campus and school TV stations. All materials direct students to www.flu.gov and are available free of charge.

The objective of this campaign is to prevent the spread of the H1N1 flu virus by encouraging high-risk populations to get their H1N1 flu vaccine and follow other simple steps to staying healthy and to encourage Americans to use the government’s one-stop flu site, www.flu.gov, to get the facts about H1N1 and seasonal flu and flu vaccine.
