Registration

The conference will be held March 15-18, 2017 at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Walt Disney World Resort. Cancellation: All cancellation requests must be received in writing (email is fine) before January 31, 2017, to qualify for a full refund, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after January 31, 2017 but before February 16, 2017, will qualify for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after February 15, 2017. Submit cancellations to Mary Schmidt-Owens via email at mary.schmidt-owens@ucf.edu or fax at 407-823-4352. Be sure to include complete contact information.

Substitutions: You are able to substitute an attendee if someone is unable to attend with no penalty. We would like to receive the new information as soon as possible, but no later than March 1, 2017. Special Needs
