Will Exhibitors receive an attendee mailing list or email list?
Two mailing lists will be provided, approximately 30-days pre-meeting and two weeks post-meeting. No lists containing email addresses will be provided.

Is there lead retrieval service for this meeting? No.

Can I make hotel reservations now? Yes. If you have submitted your contract to reserve booth space, you will have been sent a link to make hotel reservations.

Exhibiting

To Reserve Booth Space

Complete the Exhibitor Contract (page 14-15 of above brochure) and submit, with payment, to ACHA. Booths are assigned in the order in which signed contracts are received by ACHA. If paying by check, you may fax your contract indicating that payment is in the mail.

If you have questions and are unsure which booths to indicate as your preferences on your contract, please indicate this on your contract and you will be contacted in the order in which contracts are received.

Exhibit Schedule

Move-in:
      Wednesday, June 1, 2011, 1:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.

Exhibits Open to Attendees:
      Thursday, June 2, 2011, 7:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m. and
      11:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
      Friday, June 3, 2011, 7:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

Move-out:
      Friday, June 3, 2011, 1:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.

ACHA requires strict adherence to the above schedule. Priority registration for the following year is given to those that comply.

Advertising space is available in the meeting's
1) Preliminary Program [closed]-- mailed to over 4,000 prospective attendees, including all ACHA members and 2) Final Program -- distributed onsite to all registrants.
