How to Register
After May 9, 2008, you must register onsite. From the links above, print and complete the Meeting Registration Form and the Multiple Registrant Form (if applicable) and bring them, with full payment, to the meeting and register at the On-site Registration Booth.

Registration Fees
ACHA members can save more than 35%. You can save more than 35% on your meeting registration fee by becoming an individual member of ACHA. We also offer special volume discounts to our institutional members. Note: Attendees wishing to attend more than one day will register at the full meeting rate.
1Regular Member = ACHA Regular or Associate Individual Member.
2The student rate is open to individuals who are full-time students at a recognized college or university, and who are not employed as "professional" or "civil service" employees at the institution's health service. Proof of full-time student status must accompany your registration form.
3Student and spouse/domestic partner fees do not include continuing education credits or certificates of attendance. The spouse/domestic partner fee is limited to guest attendees. In order to qualify for this rate, the attendee must be accompanying a regular or emeritus conference registrant in a non-professional, non-college health related, and non-business related role.
Volume Discounts
Volume discounts will be offered to ACHA Institutional Members.
For every three regular member or nonmember full conference registrations, member institutions will receive one additional regular member full conference registration at half price or one free student registration. For every six regular member or nonmember full conference registrations, member institutions will receive one additional free regular member full conference registration or two free student registrations. (Proof of student status is required at time of registration.)
Do not use the online registration process. To register for the volume discount:
- Print and complete a Meeting Registration Form for each attendee.
- Print and complete the Multiple Registrant Form and attach it to the registrations.
- Bring all forms, with full payment, to the meeting and register at the Onsite Registration Booth.

Confirmation/Cancellation Policy
Written registration confirmation will be mailed to those whose registrations are received with a postmark on or before May 9, 2008. Registrations postmarked after May 9 will be processed at the onsite rate, but may not be followed up with confirmation. If you have not received written confirmation and wish to verify that your registration has been received, call (330) 425-9330.
All cancellation requests must be received in writing before April 30, 2008 to qualify for a full refund, minus a $40 cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received after April 30, 2008 but before May 23, 2008 will qualify for a 50 percent refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 23, 2008. Email or fax cancellation requests to 330.963.0319 or via email to acha2008@experient-inc.com.
Refund checks will be mailed on or about June 30, 2008.
Sightseeing Tour Registration
