Promotional Opportunities for the
Charity Golf Invitational: ACHF’s Campaign 2011
You are invited to play a part of history in the making!
The first-ever Charity Golf Invitational is the precursor to the American College Health Foundation’s launch of “Campaign 2011” at ACHA’s Annual Meeting in Orlando. This golf tournament will lead us to 2011, when we will celebrate the 150th anniversary of college health -- so please join us in the inaugural campaign event as a player, sponsor, or both!

Charity Golf Invitational: ACHF’s Campaign 2011
Tuesday, June 3, 2:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Participants are in for a real treat on Hawk’s Landing, an amazing 18-hole course, winding around 200 acres and three sides of the Orlando World Center Marriott. To join us for this event, you must purchase a ticket via the Meeting Registration Form. Tickets are $165 per person; all net proceeds go directly to ACHF. Register early; capacity is 144 participants. Teams of four will compete in a “Best-ball Scramble” with contests and prizes!

Golf Academy, Tuesday, June 3, 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
For those not quite ready for the challenge of the fairways, try your hand at Bill Madonna’s Golf Academy, where you will learn to play like a pro or improve your handicap! Tickets for this 90-minute training session are available via the Meeting Registration Form and are $90 per person; all net proceeds go directly to ACHF. The Academy is separate from the Charity Golf Invitational. No sponsorships are available for this event.

Awards Ceremony Sponsor (includes four complimentary entry fees; $660 value)
We’ll set up a small tent for you at the staging area and you can highlight your company’s goods and services right in the midst of the action. At the end of the day, the trophies and awards will be presented at your tent! Not only will participants have an opportunity to visit with you before the tournament, they will gather there afterwards to celebrate!

Hole Sponsorship (includes two-three complimentary entry fees; $330-$495 value)
Each and every player will see your company’s name and/or logo on a sturdy sign as they tee off and play through the hole you have sponsored. In addition, the on-cart GPS devices will be programmed to feature your company’s name and/or logo as the cart is approaching the hole you have sponsored. As an added benefit, we’ll place signs with your company’s name and/or logo on 4 golf carts. This will ensure that your name is visible all over the course.

Holes 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 12, 14, 15, and 16: $250 each (two comps)

Watering Hole Sponsor (includes two complimentary entry fees; $330 value)
Bottled water will be stationed at holes 5, 10 and 14.Your company’s name and/or logo will be displayed on signage at each beverage stand.

This great gift for participants includes a 30 oz. water bottle packed with three Top-Flite golf balls, a golf towel, ten tees, a divot repair tool, and a golf knife -- all imprinted with your company’s name and/or logo.
