Reserving Booth Space, Ad Space, and Sponsorships for 2009

Booth and ad space reservations will begin being accepted upon the release of the prospectus brochure for the San Francisco meeting. The prospectus will be posted to the 2009 meeting site (www.acha.org/annualmeeting09) and mailed this fall, around late October-early November. The prospectus will also include details on how to participate as a meeting sponsor.

So watch your mail* and email* this fall!

*Note: Those who were sponsors for the 2008 meeting or were listed as the primary contact person on their 2008 Exhibitor Contract or Ad Insertion Order will automatically receive notices from ACHA via email, as well as the prospectus packet via regular mail. To have your name added to the mailing list, contact the exhibits coordinator.

Move-in: Wednesday, May 27, 2009, 1:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.

Exhibits Open to Attendees:
Thursday, May 28, 2009, 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Friday, May 29, 7:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

Move-out: Friday, May 29, 1:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
