ACHA is divided into 11 affiliates arrayed across six regions of the United States. Members of ACHA simultaneously enjoy membership in one of the affiliate organizations based upon geographic location. International members are likewise apportioned to membership in one of the affiliates according to their international location as set forth in procedures established by the association's Board of Directors.
