Fees Download Session Recording Instructions for Obtaining Credit
University students across the nation are suffering from poor sleep quality and behaviors; however, there are few effective cost-efficient programs known to student affairs professionals on how to address student sleep concerns. This presentation will review the application and preliminary results of an online cognitive behavior self-help sleep program aimed to improve sleep quality and decrease students’ feelings of sleepiness during usual waking hours due to poor sleep.
- Physicians and Physician Assistants
- Psychologists, Counselors, and Social Workers
- Health Educators
The participant should be able to:

- Define steps at implementing an on-line CBT program on their own campus.
